Prototype privacy notice

How request information is handled.

Last updated September 23, 2026 · This is a plain-language prototype explanation, not a claim of legal compliance or legal advice.

What is collected

The personal shopper form collects your name, email, outfit or poster description, and affirmative consent. If you choose to provide them, it also collects a reference image URL, size and length preferences, budget, and notes.

Why it is collected

The information is stored so Gerry can understand, review, and respond to your personal shopper request. It is not used to process payment because this site has no checkout.

Where it goes

Requests are stored privately in the site's managed database and are not publicly displayed. When email notifications are switched on, a copy of your request is also sent to a private inbox used only by Gerry for review, and you receive a short confirmation email. Your details are not sold, shared for advertising, or sent to any other recipient. Email notifications are not switched on yet, so submitting the form currently stores your request without emailing it.

Your choices

Optional fields may be left blank. To ask about a submitted request or request a correction or deletion, email info@gracefullyunapologetic.com.

Before launch

Retention timing, access procedures, service-provider details, and any legally required notices should be reviewed before a public launch. Return to the request form.
